: (1) If a police employee has to terminate his service under the following conditions, the officer who has the right to remove or dismiss him from the job according to rule 119 can terminate his service by putting up a leaflet. In this way, the procedure according to rule 115 should not be followed when terminating the service:-
(a) If the appointment is for a probationary period, the appointment will not be valid (b) Non-payment of contract period for appointment on contract,
(c) Being appointed to a fixed-term post and not completing that term,
(d) If deemed physically unfit by the approved medical board.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), such police personnel may appeal against the decision of termination of service as mentioned in rule 118.
